Comets (Boys’ Developmental Class)
Comets is a dedicated class for boys who are looking to progress in artistic gymnastics. This developmental program focuses on skill proficiency in all men’s apparatus, including floor, pommel horse, rings, vault, parallel bars, and high bar. Each session is designed to build strength, coordination, and technique, essential for competitive gymnastics. Students will practice skills like swings, kips, and dismounts, and work on routine development. The goal is to prepare them for future competition by building a strong technical foundation.
