Cosmic Rays (Girls’ Competition Class)
Cosmic Rays is an advanced class for girls who have already experienced competition and are looking to refine their skills and routines. This class offers high-level training on all women’s apparatus, including floor, beam, bars, and vault. Each 2-hour session includes rigorous conditioning, technical drills, and routine work aimed at perfecting performance. Students work on advanced skills like back handsprings, aerials, and complex bar transitions, focusing on executing routines with precision and confidence.
