Mini Martians introduces toddlers to the foundational movements in gymnastics through playful activities. The class incorporates elements of balance, coordination, and basic locomotion, using simplified apparatus and props. Physically, children develop body awareness and coordination through activities that involve crawling, jumping, and simple landings. Socially, they learn to interact with others and take turns, fostering early teamwork. Mentally, they begin to build focus and confidence as they explore new movements in a supportive environment.
