Moon Rockers offers a comprehensive gymnastics experience, emphasizing the refinement of skills across all apparatus. The class integrates key skill components like speed, power, and balance with dominant movement patterns such as swings, leaps, and rotations. Physical conditioning includes activities that enhance flexibility, muscular strength, and body composition, essential for more complex gymnastics skills.
