Shooting Stars 1 (Girls-only Junior Developmental Class)
Shooting Stars 1 is designed for young gymnasts who are ready to take their skills to the next level. This junior developmental class focuses on building a strong foundation in artistic gymnastics, preparing students for future competition. Each 2-hour session includes a structured warm-up, stretching, conditioning, and apparatus work on the floor, beam, bars, and vault. Gymnasts will practice essential skills like cartwheels, handstands, and basic swings, building speed, power, and coordination. The goal is to develop confidence and proficiency in core movements, setting the stage for more advanced training.
Shooting Stars 2 (Girls-only Senior Developmental Class)
Shooting Stars 2 is the next step for gymnasts who have mastered the basics and are ready to refine their skills. This senior developmental class offers a challenging environment where students focus on more advanced techniques and routines. The class includes warm-up, conditioning, and intensive apparatus work, concentrating on complex skills like round-offs, back handsprings, and bar transitions. Students will also begin learning routines that they will perform in competitions, emphasizing precision and consistency.
