Tumbling Stars (Recreational Floor Tumbling Class for (Boys and Girls)
Tumbling Stars is perfect for gymnasts who love to focus on floor skills without the pressure of competition. This class hones in on tumbling techniques like flips, round-offs, and aerials, as well as trampoline skills to improve agility, strength, and control. Each session includes a warm-up, stretching, conditioning, and dedicated time on the floor and trampoline, helping students build power and coordination.
